A panel discussion will be hosted by Institute of Dining Professionals, to share about the opportunities and challenges of green dining from the perspective of F&B operators.

Additionally, Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades share strategic advice on how the catering industry can move towards green and  sustainable development.

Lastly, The International Food Safety Association will introduce how institutions could enhance food safety awareness and facilitate food safety management through the International Food Safety Enterprise Logo Scheme.
